I can’t sleep at 4:00 am because mosquitoes have been biting me all night. They’re practically farming mosquitoes here. The room costs 35k per night, and they call this pit of hell a suit. The fan isn’t even working. I’m so dissatisfied that even a rating below 1 would fit better. The room attendants should all be sacked, or the hotel should be put up for sale.

They wouldn’t run the generator, so I spent the night in total darkness. There was no air-conditioner or ventilation, and it was terrible. Nobody should have to go through that, especially at that price. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, locally or internationally.

I couldn’t bring myself to order food because the service had already left me unhappy. My room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and the receptionist was impolite. The rooms were dusty, the bathrooms barely clean, and the rates were too high. I don’t recommend it.

The generator no longer goes on during the day, so it feels like being at home. You can’t change channels on the TV or control the AC, and the customer service was very bad, from the front office to the bar. The rooms don’t justify their rates. If you want value for money, this isn’t the place. A waste of money.
