The room was spacious, but the service was a no for me. I waited hours and had to beg for water. The place seemed almost empty, with not a single car in the compound. When I asked, someone said there were people staying there, just without cars. The online price was also different from what they charged at the hotel. What a mess.

It took two hours to get a towel, and the bar served drinks without straws or glass cups. There’s no room service, and the hotel doesn’t seem to be managed properly. A bad experience.

For the location, it’s fairly affordable, with a spacious room and really nice staff. They were polite, attentive, and seemed to want to help, which I appreciated. Still, the hotel has no restaurant, so you have to order food online or go out. The electricity was unreliable, which meant the AC wasn’t always available, though they tried to compensate with their generator. Water ran out a few times too, and it stops flowing when the power is off. With the electricity issues, you can imagine how inconvenient that was. I just wish these problems weren’t there in the first place.
