The rooms were beside reception, so noise kept disturbing our sleep. The manager first said we could check out late for free, then charged us when the time came. I regret staying and won’t return or recommend it. The advertised luxury reception is just a small room with a desk and chairs, perfectly fine but nothing special. The promised complimentary breakfast wasn’t there, or seemed to be for just one person. If breakfast isn’t available, don’t advertise it. The toilet leaked and left the bathroom floor wet, and a chipped bit on the bathroom door kept it from closing properly, an easy fix with a little wood glue. They charge to warm food, which I’ve never encountered at another hotel; usually there’s a microwave. They’re also stingy with tea bags, Milo, and coffee, even though the room is meant for two. Be truthful with guests, and don’t promise what you won’t provide.

I loved my stay here. I’ll definitely come back!

The apartments are spacious and tastefully furnished, and the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. The manager and staff are courteous, great to deal with, and always willing to help.

It’s a beautiful apartment with lovely service and good breakfast choices, a great place all around. The one small downside is that the bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. Everything else is really good. 👌
