Top View Hotel

The elaborate breakfast set a great tone for each morning. I also found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. Topview Hotel Abuja is in a peaceful, secure part of Wuse, and the front office staff were professional and helped me locate it easily. The facilities were in good condition, and I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn't go inside the rooms, but the surroundings looked really nice.

I ordered food and was charged extra for goat meat in the pepper soup, but when it arrived, it was full of goat bones. The staff and service were very unprofessional too. I had reserved a room, but they gave it to someone else, so I had to pay for a more expensive room.

The towels were frayed along the edges, which was the one downside. Still, the buffet breakfast included with the stay was tasty and well cooked, even if the selection wasn't large. I hadn't expected to be impressed when I stopped by TopView for a break from my usual hotel, but the owner has clearly invested in updates, which is uncommon in Nigerian businesses. The pool was clean, with new tiling around it, and the rooms had been refreshed with good beds and mattresses, clean white sheets, and tiled floors. I used to stay here regularly before needing to be closer to the CBD, and I think I'll be staying here again when I'm in town.
