I enjoyed my 7-day stay. The city-centered location is handy, the environment feels secure, and the staff were polite, welcoming, helpful, and quick to deal seriously with complaints. Electricity was constant apart from a few outages, and there was always hot water. The chef is amazing too. Every meal we ate was delicious, rich, and affordable. I even left my phone behind, and the staff kept it safe until I sent someone to pick it up. I’m not giving five stars because the building needs renovation to catch up with current times.

The service was very poor, with no luxury at all. The facilities are old and obsolete, there’s no intercom in the room, and both the room and environment were dirty. There was no power supply, and generator fuel was rationed. Mosquitoes were everywhere. They also cheat customers on accommodation costs, with online prices that were outrageous compared with the prices on their list. So much is wrong with this hotel that I can’t recommend it to anyone.

This is a good, hospitable hotel within an estate, and the security is superb. Free breakfast is available with 20k rooms. The smallest option is a Royal Deluxe, with no studio room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have 24hr electricity, though the hotel is clearly old and needs an upgrade.

Being right in the FCT city center is a plus, and there’s a restaurant and bar. But the rooms need work: the AC is loud, and doors still use keys instead of cards. There’s no bathtub, safe, electric kettle, or mug. Room service is awful, with just one staff member handling every guest when I last checked. Free breakfast is limited to platinum guests, and parking is tight. They also don’t have a pool, entertainment center, gym, supermarket, or clubhouse.
