The place is peaceful, secure and quite lovely, with no noise. The rooms have a modern look, and the orthopedic bed was great, though I personally struggled to sleep on it. Food was good, but the soup portions with local dishes felt small compared with other places. Power was uninterrupted around the clock, and the staff were decent. It’s a quiet spot for anyone who likes a calm setting, but there aren’t attractions like a pool, open lawn or art sculptures. The hotel seems to have made a lot of cost savings in its design, and even the staff seemed cautious about that. I think they need to keep cost concerns separate from what they deliver to customers. Still, it’s a wonderful place.

The rooms were in excellent shape, and I really liked the floor tiles. The bed was just very hard, though. I had a good time here.

It’s clean and the service is okay, but the location feels awkward. The hotel is tucked into a residential area.

A cool venue with a large hall that can fit around 300 to 500 people, depending on how it’s set up. The rooms were great, and customer service was good.

I found the staff rude, careless and very unprofessional. When I ordered food, I asked if it could go on my bill and was told yes. The restaurant staff who brought it didn’t know about that, so I had to send her to check. I was still trying to settle in and eat when they knocked three times to ask about the N4500 charge, after I’d only taken about ten spoonfuls. If I hadn’t started eating, I’d have asked them to take it back. Getting the AC to work properly took a lot of back and forth. The bathroom smelled bad and had only bath gel and lotion, not even a floor towel. There were few local TV channels too. The hotel is far from the central area, and even within Durumi it’s a long way out. I wouldn’t visit or recommend it again.
