My stay was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this place. The power kept going out because the inverter was bad, the AC barely worked, and the kitchen sink leaked. They said they'd fix things the next day, but nobody came. We had to keep asking someone to take out the trash, bring toilet paper, or get us a working standing fan, even though we weren't expecting them to clean. The worst was running out of water while I was in the middle of a soapy bath. They said it wasn't their fault and offered nothing to help in the moment. I had planned to stay six days, but left on the second day for a better apartment.

The rooms were excellent, and I'd stay here again. Power was the one problem: on two of my seven nights, the inverter ran out, leaving me in the dark with mosquitoes. The owners should install a better system. If they want advice on a proper inverter setup that won't give out at night and could mostly do away with generators and grid power, they can contact me. I don't mean felicity and lead acid batteries.

The manager's poor service is a mess. He seems to be doing this as freelance work and misses details, especially when it comes to answering calls or returning missed ones. Please hire a customer service representative.

I paid for a week for my family, but the arrival was a nightmare. There was no clear sign showing where the apartment was in the estate, and when we found it, the gates were locked with nobody on site. The receptionist was at home and wasn't helpful. It took hours just to try to reach the housekeeper. After waiting two frustrating hours, I had to leave. Extremely disappointing, and I'd never wish this on anyone. Stay away.
