The amenities are all there, but they’re poorly managed and not properly maintained. Some workers have a bad attitude and don’t seem dedicated to their duties. Better training and a change in approach could help, since people can learn and improve. I hope the place is better next time I visit.

It’s a beautiful place, but be sure to bring enough money.

The staff are dedicated, and the hotel has good basic amenities in a quiet part of the city. My only reason for holding back a star is the unreliable power supply. I’d still recommend it.

I stayed for more than three nights. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, the staff are well-mannered, and the food tastes good, though the portions may feel small if you eat a lot. Rooms cost around 50-70K per night, so it isn’t a budget hotel. If you can afford it, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The management is poor. Your tap might stop running. 😭
