The road is interlocked, and the swimming pool is quite okay for this area. The service is nice too, though it’s still a developing part of town. I’d recommend management improve the exterior so it can be the best in dawaki. 😕

I’ve been back after some time, and they seem to be working on the service. The staff are more courteous now, the adult and kids’ pools are lovely, and the music wasn’t as loud as it was on my last visit. Before that, though, I had several problems: guests weren’t allowed to bring laptops into the dining area, there were lots of mosquitoes by the outdoor bar and pool, and the pool was either not cleaned or had too much chlorine when they did clean it. The management staff could also be rude if they thought you weren’t drinking enough. It really wasn’t worth it.

Everything was 100 percent neat and clean, and the hospitality was good. I had a great time, and the discounts helped a lot. The other things were top-notch and worth more than the price, so I’ll definitely come again. I nearly got angry and checked out because of how the receptionist spoke to us. I’d reserved three rooms for a week but had only paid for one day in advance. Just a few minutes after we checked in, we were told to pay the remaining amount because they had given us a 1k discount per room. I called the supervisor and we got it sorted out. I’m sharing this so management can remind staff to handle these situations calmly.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the service is good, and the gym is fairly well equipped. The staff are okay, though a bit strict. It’s a really cool hotel.
