Abuja Continental Hotel

Chioma, Joy, and Marian at guest services were wonderful, as were Vera, Anita, Fortune, and Aina. Ruth was also nice at the lobby entrance. What really surprised me was how many staff greeted me with a smile, one after another. At first I wondered if there was a reason, then I saw they welcomed every guest that way. It felt refreshing and genuinely welcoming. I'd recommend the place.

The restaurant was a highlight. The food, especially the desserts, was beautifully made and felt truly continental in quality. Every meal was a pleasure. Mary, Winifred, and Louisa at reception were warm, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Their courteous service really stayed with me. Thanks to all of you for making the visit so memorable and enjoyable.

I haven't run into any problems so far, and everyone I've met has been cheerful. The atmosphere is great. The restaurant, pool, and pool bar teams were especially wonderful, and I'd give them a strong pass mark. Room service, laundry, and the cleaners were all great too. There were so many helpful people, I didn't get everyone's name. Bulus Security, Winifred, Vivian at the pool bar, Zainab, Esther, Chidera at the retsaurant, and Godwin the Life guard stood out. From security and the lobby staff who booked the rooms to the Relationship Service team and everyone else, the service was really good. Management, well done. Please keep it up.

Oma looked after me so well in the buffet area, and the woman on the 4th floor gave superb service. Fidelia was warm, too. I also want to mention Deborah, Amaka,Light, Blessing Vera,Mary, Christopher, Lind and Adams. I got great service from reception right through to room service. I'll definitely come back.
