The hotel and apartment are nicely laid out, but the service doesn't feel professional. There wasn't even ordinary drinking water available to buy. I ordered breakfast and at 7am there were no eggs in the kitchen, and the fridge had no cold drinks for sale either. Room service, the kitchen, and the restaurant all need more people. There are never enough staff on duty, so it feels like the place is run as a short-time joint.

Alheri is in one of Abuja's most prominent areas, and this seems like a reliable place to stay. The receptionist was good, housekeeping was good, and the restaurant and service were fabulous. If it comes up while you're looking for an apartment, I'd encourage you to give it a try. Please keep the apartment up to date. Coach Abdul.

The place was neat and the surroundings were peaceful. It was my first stay, and I'd like to return, though the staff should be more courteous with guests. I'd give it four stars.

When we checked in, the room we'd paid for that night hadn't been entered by the staff member on duty. We were held up the next morning while they tried to reach her, until we gave them a copy of the transaction receipt. They then apologized and said we could leave. The room also had only one working socket, no soap or toothpaste in the bathroom, and no switch for the heater.
