The room had plenty of space, a large bed, and lots of compartments for storing things. The facilities weren’t great overall, though. I was told breakfast isn’t normally complimentary for guests, but the staff kindly gave me one. Everyone was polite and helpful, and it was the first hotel where I could choose a smoking or non-smoking wing. I suppose that makes it child-friendly.

The neighborhood is peaceful and the location is excellent. The bar and poolside were okay, and the outside of the building is nicely finished. But customer service was nowhere to be found, and the rooms are poorly kept and urgently need an upgrade. There’s no laundry service in the hotel. It was disappointing.

We stayed for a week and took 33 rooms. Neither my colleagues nor I had any complaints, and the stay helped us enjoy the conference. The hotel was very neat, and the staff were pleasant and always ready to meet guests’ needs. I have to commend the Director and staff for the great experience. Based on what we experienced, Apartment 550 is our choice whenever we’re in Abuja. Asiwaju Ola-Sunkanmi

I wasn’t impressed. I called to ask for glass cups for the room and was told the person who brings them wasn’t around. The receptionist seemed very indifferent, and the staff as a whole need to be changed. Why are there no mirrors in the room? The girl at reception spoke as if she hadn’t eaten. It’s a nice apartment, but it needs more sophisticated management. The owner should step up, or the choice of workers could ruin the business.

It’s a lovely apartment for relaxing, and I like the concept. It’s residential but close to central Abuja, with great cleanliness and staff service. The security is top notch, and there’s a super store and pharmacy 50m away. I’d recommend it.
