The available rooms were comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Nicotel apartment could work well for a solo stay or a group, with four rooms available when I visited. The place was being renovated at the time.

Nicotel apartments feels private and homey, with staff working out of sight but quick to respond at the touch of a button. The artwork and decor are lovely, and the security is top notch. It’s also very affordable for what you get. There’s no restaurant on site, but nearby places are available, and staff can send menus and have a driver pick up your order for a small fee. The apartments are at 8C, Tunde Ogbeha Street, Behind Adisa Estate Gudu, Abuja FCT. It has its own distinct style and would make a nice spot for a romantic stay. A visit would speak for itself.

Nikotel apartment has a broad range of accommodation for people from different walks of life. The estate is neatly kept, with homes occupied by senior government officials and pastors from well-known churches. There are restaurants for different budgets, pools, comfortable parking, and fast access roads. Experienced cyber Cafe partner officers are also available for urgent printing and networking jobs.

The deluxe kings room was fantastic, and the whole place felt so calm and peaceful. I had an amazing time. Whenever I’m in Abuja, this is home for me ❤️

All style from Instagram, but no real value for the money. There’s no refund policy or flexibility to reschedule. A hospitality business should have fair, guest-friendly policies for when plans change.
