The manager was friendly and tried to make us comfortable, but the hotel’s overall condition was discouraging. The first things you see are broken doors and signposts, along with damaged pavements. The place needs renovation. Our bed was infested with bed.... which was very upsetting, and the hygiene fell below an acceptable standard. The room needed a thorough clean, and there was dirt around the windows. The toilet window doesn’t let in natural air, so the indoor air felt poor. The furniture seemed structurally worn, and the outdated, dull finish didn’t make the room comfortable.

The bathroom was so dirty that I couldn’t even take a bath. We regretted booking this hotel for our event. They need to sort out the bathroom.

What a bad experience. The bathroom was filthy, the TV kept malfunctioning so I had to switch it off, and the intercom didn’t work. If I needed anything, I had to walk downstairs. Food orders took five hours, and staff would forget them unless you went down to remind them. For a 20k room, the service was poor and there weren’t even any complimentary extras. I regret bringing my friend there. Never again.

The rooms are clean and roomy, with AC, free WiFi and cable TV. The toilet is in good shape and has a water heater, while a generator is kept on standby. There’s a restaurant available through room service, and the bill should fit your budget. A nice place to stay.

Very deceptive. They kept the Gen on until 12, then suddenly switched it off and claimed it had spoilt. We were left in a room without AC or a fan all night, relying on an inverter that couldn’t even charge a phone. The potters disappeared too. Run, don’t make the mistake of lodging here. Scammers.
