The location is good, and the rooms are okay. The washroom is tiny, though, with no room to put toiletries.

The place is clean, the environment is good, and the workers are friendly. There's power 24/7.

The setting is warm and very neat, with a central location and friendly staff. Still, there are lots of mosquitoes and flies, so it needs fumigation and repellent. The restroom has no hanger for personal lingerie or towels, and they frequently run out of water, which they pump on request. You can't reach reception by phone, so you have to go downstairs. I wouldn't recommend staying for a very long time.

My colleague arranged the reservation about two days before we travelled, and booking was fairly seamless. I was welcomed nicely at reception, and the staff were respectful and well coordinated. The hotel is accessible and sits in a serene environment. The room was comfortable and neatly arranged, but the management needs to improve the toilet facilities. One hinge on the glass shower door in my room was faulty, so I had to be careful when closing it. The complimentary breakfast timing could be better, and they might consider a buffet instead of room service.
