The porter working the Sunday, 1st February morning shift was rude and seemed untrained for guest service. He barged into an occupied room without knocking, which was completely unprofessional. He seemed more focused on picking up leftovers from rooms than doing the job properly, which isn’t acceptable for hotel guests. There are maintenance problems too. Water sits in the hand-washing basin and bath sink for days instead of draining, and the room intercom doesn’t work. Management needs to get on top of this.

The meals were good and the service was great. The staff are amazing, enthusiastic, and welcoming, but my experience with the management board was unforgettable in a bad way. Cockroaches and rats take refuge there, and staff welfare seems quite neglected.

The elevator and key card weren’t working properly, so I can’t give it five stars. Still, it’s a beautiful, well-kept hotel in a peaceful setting, with dedicated, hardworking staff. We’ll surely return.

From the workout equipment and massage parlor to the exquisite dining, freshly made juices, and quality drinks, it’s luxury all the way. Every customer is treated like royalty, and the five-star hotel customer service comes at reasonable prices. I Jimmy.

Everyone exceeded my expectations, from the front desk and security to the chef, barman, and laundry staff. I’ve never been to a better hotel in Nigeria, and the staff were so pleasant, kind, and welcoming. I’d gladly come back.
