2/10
I couldn't settle in comfortably because the bedsheets weren't clean, and there were cobwebs and even a wall gecko in the room. The AC barely cooled it, which was rough in the heat. I could hear people whispering in neighboring rooms through the thin walls, and that kept disturbing my sleep. Only one light worked, and it was dim, leaving the room dark and unwelcoming. The intercom didn't work, there was no refrigerator, and none of the outlets worked, so I couldn't charge any devices. These problems need serious attention if the hotel is to meet the standard its name suggests.
