Big Pepper Apartment

I first chose Big Pepper Apartments because I was trying to save money, and it was close to my business. I fly into Abuja about 5-8 times a year for work, and 12 months on, I've stayed with them even though I could easily afford somewhere three times the price. The service has improved a lot. The staff are friendly and quick to respond, and I enjoy being there. I've even gone into business partnerships with Don P, the owner. The service is top-notch now. Believe me, you'll love Big Pepper Apartments, and you won't be disappointed.

The rooms are kept neat, and the surroundings are clean. I found a kitchen in the room with a microwave and refrigerator, plus the option to cook if needed. There's constant power, free WiFi, and excellent service. The management has really raised the apartment's standard. I'd give it a high 5 and recommend it anytime.

The bathroom floor was dirty, and I even found hair follicles from a previous guest there. This was a terrible place to spend the night. Toiletries should have been in the washroom, but even hours after I checked in, none had been provided. I had to ask for them. Very disappointing.

The AC is wonderfully cold, and the bed was OK. The room amenities need fixing, though: the taps are damaged, the cable doesn't work so there's nothing to watch, and the wall sockets are bad. Even so, I'd generally recommend the place.
