I don’t think every bad review tells the whole story, so I’m willing to try it. What’s the nightly rate?

It’s a cozy enough place to stay. Just know it’s inside a residential estate, so there’s quite a drive from the expressway.
10/10
There’s fresh air around, with lots of trees and flowers, and it’s a peaceful spot to unwind. The ambience is decent too. I’d encourage potential customers to give the apartment a try.

I haven’t visited yet. I’m looking for somewhere to stay when I get to Abuja for a church called koinonia. The way the manager or owners reply to some comments hasn’t been funny to me. At 15k a night, I wouldn’t expect the treatment you’d get for 50/100k, but I’ll think it over before booking because I don’t like some of the replies from the manager behind this account.
6/10
The rooms are clean, though the toilet isn’t. Staff seem ready to sort out problems, and the restaurant is okay. Evenings feel cool and romantic. It’s a nice hotel.
