Some of the rooms have smart TVs with internet, and the location is convenient, just a few meters from the popular Utako market. The rooms are generally clean, with good, clean sheets. A few toilets could use improvement, though. I was also concerned that the rooms couldn't be locked from inside, so staff with a master key could come in at any time. All in all, it's a great place to stay when you're in town.

Stay away from Room 227. The restroom smelled of urine, and the AC was so useless a fan would've been better. A terrible experience.

The rooms look a bit old, though the building looks decent from outside. It's in a good location.

There's no hot water, and nobody answers the phone lines. Prices are extremely high: one plate of indomie costs N9,500, and a bottle of water is N 1,250. Laundry is poor, the furniture is poor, and ironing one shirt costs 1,000. If you're staying here and need to be up early for an event at 7am or 8am, I feel sorry for you.

The beds aren't sturdy, there's no hot water or internet, and the children got sick because they had to bathe in cold water. Small things cost a lot, including a bottle of water at 1,250. I don't recommend this place for anything. Laundry was bad too. I paid 2000 to have two shirts washed, one white and one blue, but they came back looking like they'd only been put in water and dried.
