For what it costs, this hotel is a good deal. The service was better than I expected compared with other hotels nearby.

Getting around from the hotel was easy, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. My room was quiet, clean, and neatly arranged, with water, coffee, and a coffee pot provided. The A/C worked very well, though the bathroom shower didn't drain properly and needs fixing. I had a good dinner of assorted meat pepper soup, and the restaurant food was very fine. Breakfast was provided too. I was very satisfied with my one-night stay in Akure.

For a room costing 35,500, I expected better amenities and service. Staff were rude, some essential facilities weren't working properly, and the shower was especially disappointing. The food tasted bad, the bedding was old and in bad shape, there were stains all over the wall, and there were naked wires in the room. My stay fell well short of expectations.

A decent place, and the garden bar is lovely.

Good value and a nice hotel, though there's plenty that could be improved.
