For the amount we paid, the service was very, very poor. The room was dusty and dirty, with no maintenance. We asked for it to be cleaned ourselves, but they didn’t even provide anything for us to use. A room should be cleaned and properly arranged for the next guest. You can do better.

The executive suite cost N15,000 per night, and I stayed there for two days. The AC kept switching off every five minutes, so when I nodded off, the heat would wake me. I complained, but nobody came to fix it. They said someone might have tampered with the timer, but that’s a lie. Food at N2,500 will burst your bubble. The management is effectively in one person’s hands, someone they call Madam. I understand she doesn’t listen to anyone, even her staff. The management is the worst, especially at these prices.

For a N20k room, I expected more. It was just okay, the ACs only came on at night, and the toilet needs better upkeep. Worms kept appearing from somewhere. Honestly, the stay wasn’t very satisfying.

The interior is nice and medium-sized, but there’s no parking at all. The property owner should update the business location on Google Maps because the current listing is misleading.
