The rooftop lounge and swimming pool were highlights, and the skincare mirror in the bathroom was so useful. I’d never seen one before, and used it from my first night right through to the last. This is the best hotel or residence I’ve ever stayed in. I felt completely at home, and the staff and management were amazing and friendly.

The food was a real highlight for me, with lots of choices on the menu. It’s also an elegant, beautiful hotel and the service was excellent.

The food orders took forever, the intercom and fridge were out of order, and there was no shower gel or soap. Netflix was the only thing available to watch, along with a couple of other problems. Compared with BON Elvis and BON Imperial, this place was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

My mom had plenty of breakfast choices, and everything else during her stay was wonderful apart from lunch. She ordered vegetable soup, semo, and fish, which was sold separately, but the soup had very few vegetables and didn’t taste as good as she expected. The hotel could consider hiring a chef who knows how to prepare traditional soups. I booked the hotel for her business trip to Abuja. The staff were available whenever she needed them. The hot water in her bathroom wasn’t working on the first night, but after she told the staff, they promised to provide hot water for her shower that night and fixed the problem by the next day. Thanks to the staff for their good service. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Abuja.
