The calm location and helpful staff made my stay more comfortable. They were receptive and accommodating, but the internet was nearly unusable by the second day, so I had to switch to my own data. The rooms were disappointing. Both bedspreads had stains, and the first fridge had no plug. Staff replaced it, but the second looked as if a truck had run over it. The wardrobe seemed to be missing its doors, and the second bedroom door had no inside knob, so it wouldn't close properly and was difficult to get out of if shut. The food portions were small for the prices.

The internet was the worst I've ever dealt with at a hotel. No matter which carrier I used, I was almost unreachable throughout the stay. That's a shame, because the location felt safe, the rooms were clean, the food was good and fairly priced, and room service was good too. There was also good security around the property.

Although the hotel is in a nice location, it seems to be losing some of its character. The rooms aren't great, door frames are broken, and the toilet flush wasn't working properly. Room utilities also seemed to be monitored and supervised below standard.

There was lots of space, with large rooms, tidy halls, and a nice swimming pool. The services were excellent, among other things.

The quiet surroundings gave lodgers plenty of privacy, and noise was well controlled. Hospitality was great, and the service was fantastic.
