Casa De Lucy Hotel

My expectations were quite modest when I was booked here, so I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service, clean rooms and surroundings, and efficient facilities. There was round-the-clock electricity, supported by powerful generators as backup. I only tried Nigerian dishes, and they were excellent and well prepared. I highly recommend the hotel and plan to stay again. Keep up the standards.

The rooms are nice, and the services were a little above average. I had concerns about some policies: guests can't charge bills to their rooms, and check-out is strictly at 12:00 noon, even for regular guests dealing with emergencies like delayed or rescheduled flights. It would be helpful if regular or long-stay guests facing such problems could remain in their rooms for up to 4 to 6 extra hours after checkout. Staff hospitality training could also make the experience more pleasant. Thank you.

The hotel's structure is just OK. The service and staff, though, were absolutely horrible. Most of the front desk staff were rude and condescending, and the others seemed unsure how to run a hotel, so even basic requests were repeatedly mishandled. They also messed up my group's reservation, then gave us attitude when we complained. I ordered the basic noodles and chicken at about 9:43 pm, was told it would take 25 minutes, and it arrived at 10:45 pm. I wouldn't recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

I accidentally sent just 3k, and when I called, they told me I had to come to the hotel to show proof of payment. I asked if I could send it on WhatsApp, but they said no. Fine, I guess, but I didn't expect you to be so insincere and unfair.
