The WiFi was strong, and I found the room comfortable and relaxing after a long day. It was spotless, neatly arranged, and had fresh linens and a clean bathroom. From arrival, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive whenever I needed help. The whole stay was comfortable and stress-free, and I'd happily return and recommend the hotel.
The location is central and easy to find. I enjoyed the food, especially the ọha soup with eba and the flavorful jollof spaghetti with goat meat. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the customer service was great, though I had to call several times to get bedroom slippers.
The staff were polite and helpful, and the room service food was excellent when it was available. Breakfast was included, self-serve, and acceptable. There's also a swimming pool. We chose the room one level above the lowest, which was about 60cm wider and had a 2m x 2m emperor size bed. The bed was very hard. Our WiFi gave us trouble every day, and the room key card wouldn't open the door, possibly because of power cuts in the area.
The staff made us feel at home, and the place was clean and comfortable. Great value and a really nice vibe. We'll be back soon!
I stayed in a Deluxe room for one night and enjoyed it. The amenities were adequate, everything worked as it should, and the WiFi was good. Breakfast is complimentary, but meals on the menu seemed a bit pricey, so be prepared. The staff were pleasant overall. One maintenance team member showed me how to get hot water from the shower, but came across as condescending and dismissive, which made me feel like a bother.
