Dalice Hotel and Suites

This was my second stay, and the first one three months ago was a thousand times better. It was a fair experience this time, though security, kitchen staff, and some porters were courteous. A few housekeepers and porters could use some hospitality orientation. When you ask for even small things like cutlery or fresh sheets, they say, “we would see if we can.” You want to know you’ll be cared for willingly when you’re paying for that care. The no-smoking policy in rooms could be enforced more strictly too. Smoke stench got on my clean sheets, so I had to request a change, and it was uncomfortable. A visiting friend had to use her inhaler again and again to breathe properly and avoid an asthma attack from cigarette stench whose source we weren’t sure of. For now, I’d rate it a 3, satisfactory.
