I flew in from out of the country for an important appointment just five minutes away, so I booked this hotel online for its location. On arrival, they said the room I'd booked wasn't available and refused to let me stay. Then they tried to push me into paying 200% more for another room. I left and found somewhere else because the whole thing felt so unprofessional. My card had already been charged, and now they're still refusing to refund me. The booking company has contacted them repeatedly about processing it, but they keep denying it. This was an extremely unprofessional and scammy experience. Book at your own risk, you could lose your money and still get no service.

The surroundings are peaceful, and the location makes it easy to reach the main parts of the FCT. Customer service was friendly, and room service was excellent.

For what it costs, it's not bad.
