Grand Pela Hotels & Suites

I had booked two nights for a work trip, but when I arrived they told me there was no room and said I'd have to stay in an "annex". They kept me waiting for an hour, then took me nearly 10 minutes away to a place that seemed worth about half what we'd paid. It was a complete joke and a real disappointment.

The place is well suited to meetings and workshops, with a serene setting, a warm pool, and a well equipped gym. Meals were delicious, the room was clean, and the salon had good equipment and professional staff. The staff overall were professional, security conscious, and the refund was processed quickly.

Breakfast was a highlight, a great buffet. My room was cozy, and the staff were really friendly. Had an amazing stay at Grand Pela and would recommend it.

My stay at Grand Pela Hotel and Suite, Durumi, Area 1, Abuja, ran from July 28th, 2025 to August 8th, 2025. The location made getting around easy, with major attractions in walking distance and public transportation close by. I also found the modern design and amenities beyond what I expected. I especially enjoyed the fitness center and spa, including a rejuvenating massage. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout. The room had city views, a comfortable king-sized bed, and was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast offered a delicious range of choices. I'd recommend the Grand pela hotel and suite for business or leisure if you're after comfort, good service, modern amenities, and a convenient location. My rating is 5/5 stars.
