I stayed for two nights around seven months ago. The location is nice, but Google Maps and Bolt can make it hard to find, so asking locals for directions is probably best. Only Block A has a backup generator, which means the other blocks go dark during an outage. I didn’t get room service, though the room was manageable and okay for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the welcoming gateman. Only the cold shower worked in my room, which was uncomfortable. The most unsettling thing was someone trying to force my door open around 2 AM. The staff took it seriously the next morning, apologized, and changed the lock, but it was still scary. The hotel has potential, though guest safety and basic amenities need improvement.

The staff made the stay feel easy, and the managing director deserves a special mention for being such a welcoming host. She clearly cared about making sure guests were comfortable. My apartment was roomy, clean, and fitted with plenty of useful amenities, and the meals were delicious and well prepared. I’d happily stay at Hilton Summer Apartment and Suites again.

That last vegetable soup was so good, I could've happily had more. Hilton Summer Apartments and Suites is a lovely place, the service was good, and the prices are very affordable.

The room looks lovely, but it needs some upgrading. We spent the night of Tuesday 7th November without electricity, and then the water stopped. On Wednesday morning I had to ask reception for water so I could bathe.

Getting a reservation was straightforward. I called, got the company account number from the woman who answered, and paid into it. The staff were friendly, and being close to the airport was the best part for me. It's around a 30-minute drive from NAIA. I stayed for one night.
