The whole stay impressed me, especially how consistently professional everyone was, from the security team at the gate to reception and housekeeping. It has the feel of a boutique hotel, and the service quality is like a real 5-star experience. Courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail seemed part of the culture, not a performance. A good reminder that hospitality depends more on standards than size. Highly recommended.

The location works well for business or leisure, and the breakfast spread looked promising, though I didn't try the food. I gave Mayfair Hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars and would come back for a peaceful stay in Abuja. My room was cozy, clean, and spacious, with the comforts I needed to unwind. The bed was a dream, and the amenities were just right. I also liked the tasteful decor and warm, welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. The staff were polite and attentive throughout, with smooth, friendly, professional service from check-in to check-out. They made an extra effort to keep me comfortable.

After I pushed back when the hotel tried to cancel my booking on arrival day, I got a room several hours later. The bathroom was clogged, and I had to insist on room service. Even then, the team leaves at 5PM, so after that you're on your own. If you have an early departure, they won't even arrange a basic breakfast bite, unlike similar places. A pretty underwhelming stay.

The room and grounds were neat, and I liked how quiet the hotel's serene area in Abuja was. The door wouldn't lock from the inside, but when I told reception they moved me to another room. The service was nice overall, and I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and I liked the room, the hardwood tables, and the tasty food. Staff were friendly, and the water was good too. Wi-Fi is free, but very slow. Other than that, it's good.
