The place looks nice, but I paid 150k to sit in heat without a fan or AC from noon until 7pm. I had to ask for a refund because it was unbearable, and it ruined my birthday. I wasn't told before booking that the apartment relies on inverters, and they don't power the AC. Since it's in an estate, we had to wait for the estate electricity to come on at 7pm. I really wish I'd seen an honest review before all the hype I saw on Ig. I felt scammed, with no AC from check-in at noon until 7pm.
