Parklane Hotels

It’s a fairly nice, average hotel in a good location. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the floors were wet, and water was dripping from the roof. Still, it was okay, I guess.

Parklane hotel has rooms in different sizes and types, plus excellent customer service. Free WiFi is available throughout, and there’s free private parking on site. Each room has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some rooms look out over the pool or city. The all-day restaurant serves world cuisine, and there’s a 24-hour front desk and concierge service. Whether you’re planning a getaway, a business event, or a meal, Parklane hotel offers a place to enjoy good food, unwind, and make memorable moments.

The grounds are neat, the rooms are spacious, and there’s steady power and fast internet. Room service is affordable, food arrives promptly, and you can choose local or international dishes. Laundry is good too. Food is relatively expensive, though. With limited rooms and high demand, you should book ahead.

The hotel itself is cute, with lovely greenery, a good location, and great prices for what it offers. But the staff and security company, Awake Security, made the stay a bad experience. I paid for a room a full day before check-in, then found out they'd given it to someone else. When I asked for my money back, they wanted me to sign under someone else's name. That felt very shady. The security staff also seemed poorly trained. This place could be really nice, but the way the staff handled things was awful.
