Good afternoon. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I checked in in the middle of the night and found the toilet had no seat. I fell bottom first onto it, and I was furious. I couldn’t stop thinking about the bacteria in the room. Nothing in my room seemed clean. The sheets and pillowcases were filthy, and mosquitoes were buzzing around. I’d booked two nights, but left after just one. This place is far below standard and feels like it might be operating as a scam. Someone should look into it. Travelers, don’t waste your money or make the mistake of staying here. It was a nightmare. One star is the lowest rating available, but I’d give it less if I could. Frankly, it should be taken off the web.

Customer service needs work, especially the way they deal with customers.

The rooms are a decent size, but the ones near the front get a lot of late evening noise, so you may want to avoid them. Service felt a bit shabby, especially around the breakfast arrangements, and the breakfast itself wasn’t much to write home about. I ate it once during my five nights. Still, it’s good value for money. You get about what you pay for, maybe a little more.

I had a terrible experience here. They refused to provide the complimentary breakfast and told me I had to wait until 7 am. Why call yourself an airport hotel if you can’t accommodate guests with early flights? Customer service was zero. The people were rude.
