Pinnatech Suites

I could put up with the small rooms and the lack of complimentary breakfast. But being asked to pay N1000 to have a meal I brought in microwaved was the deal breaker. The manager didn’t help and just made pointless excuses. My friends and I used to come here, but that’s over. I won’t return or recommend the place.

I had drinks taken from the fridge twice, and my cousin’s money disappeared from the room. Hotel staff also asked guests for their phone numbers. Then my car was burgled in the parking area outside. There was CCTV, but nobody seemed to be watching it, while the guards were busy watching a football match. This place has no security personnel protecting your belongings. I wouldn’t trust them to keep you safe or take responsibility if something happens. Stay away.

I came to visit someone and liked the hotel. My friend’s room was small but well organized, and the surroundings were very peaceful and neat.

Pinnatech feels like a home away from home, comfortable and cosy as well as beautiful and spacious. The place is well maintained and neat, and the staff are courteous and attentive. It left me wanting to come back for another stay. Thumbs up to management.
