They charge enough that the service should be better. Things are tough, sure, but guests still need to be kept comfortable. The management needs to find a way to provide a decent standard for the price. During the hot weather, they shut off the generator from 9 AM until 6 PM because power from the national grid was out. Guests were left in their rooms without lights. That’s unacceptable for a hotel of this size.

The peaceful surroundings made this a real retreat, and I left feeling refreshed. My stay at PTD HOTEL was better than I expected, with beautiful surroundings, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch service. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable. I’m already thinking about a return visit.

The hotel was quiet and well maintained, and the staff were warm and ready to help. The front desk lady, Chioma, and the dark guy I met at reception really stood out for their hospitality, they deserve an award.

I won't underestimate a hotel again. PTD really surprised me, and I had such an impressive stay. The rooms and toilet were super clean, the Wi-Fi ran 24 hours, the staff were courteous, and the rates were affordable. Keep it up, guys.

I was really happy with my stay, especially because the internet was so good. The hospitality was better than at other places, and the property was fine too. It was my first time at this hotel, and it turned out to be a very good experience. I’d recommend it if you’re coming to Abuja for work or a vacation. Nothing else to add, I enjoyed myself.
