6/10
The rooms are a decent size, the location is handy with plenty of nearby shops, and the lifts make it easier to bring in luggage. Reception answers questions quickly. But service needs work, since many staff act as if guests aren’t there, especially the kitchen team, who could be friendlier. The buffet selection is limited, and stained bedding seems to be a recurring issue. Covers with stains that won’t come out should be taken out of use.

The rooms were clean, the service was good, and I enjoyed the food :D Having a gym and pool there was a nice bonus.

The staff were pleasant and courteous, but housekeeping was awful. My bathroom was dirty, and I couldn’t face staying another night.
