The staff were polite and understanding, and the kitchen food is really nice if you can afford it. The room service and some other charges are quite high. Breakfast comes with the room and is fair for the nightly price, though there are only three options. The hotel is in a great location and had 24-hour electricity, but it's old and could use renovation. The roof in my bathroom started leaking the day before I left. My laptop charger went missing somehow. I was told guests often forget things and that lost items are kept for their owners.

I had a memorable stay, especially thanks to the restaurant staff. The penthouse was great and had a lovely view. The security men were alert and friendly.

I paid before seeing the rooms because they insisted, thinking it couldn't be that bad. But after barely 15 minutes inside, I called it quits. The hallways at Sharon Ultimate on Jos Street, Area 3 looked like they hadn't been washed in ages, and the rooms smelled moldy. The curtains were covered in mold, and the bed felt like something from a dungeon, even though they called it their best room. They refused to refund a penny, so I got out of there. It felt like someone could die there and nobody would know. I wouldn't want anyone to stay there.

Sharon Ultimate needs a lot of work, plain and simple.

It's a great getaway for families or business travelers, right in the heart of Garki, Area 3. The location is handy, with several banks nearby, including First Bank, Access Bank, Fidelity Bank and Sterling Bank. Facilities and service are great, and the rates are cheaper than other hotels around the area. I'd recommend Sharon Ultimate Hotels anytime.
