The location feels secure and there’s an access road in and out. I like the simple layout and quiet setting, especially if you want a peaceful place to stay. Rooms come in different categories to suit your budget, and you can eat nearby if their food isn't to your taste. There’s no gym or pool, though, and the standard of living is average.

My Bluetooth speaker, which was expensive, was stolen, and I couldn't just let it go. They kept giving me stories; eventually I got the manager's number, but he wouldn't answer my calls. The rooms are below average, the AC doesn't work properly, and the staff seem unconcerned. I regret staying here. Your belongings don't feel safe.

Friendly staff and good food, especially the fried yam, fried egg and plantain meal. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood, near an access road though still deep in town. For an average hotel, it’s quite good, and it suits someone looking for somewhere cheap and quiet. There are no safes and breakfast isn't complimentary.

I planned on staying five nights, but left after the first because the service and room were so poor. The suite had no bin, mosquitoes everywhere, and tiny, annoying roaches around the wood. The bedsheets were very dirty, as if they hadn't been changed after the previous guest. I stayed two days last March and had few complaints, but when I returned last week the rooms were in a sorry state. They really need to work on them, the hotel is deteriorating.
