The staff were helpful and well trained, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. The rest of the hotel was a no for me. There were cockroaches everywhere, even in the fridge, and the toilets and bathtub leaked. The Wi-Fi was stingy too. And breakfast was the worst, go somewhere else for it.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. There was no running water for an entire day, and no clear solution in sight. The rooms are subpar and poorly looked after. The owner seemed very unconcerned about the lack of water. I just don’t understand it.

The location may be the only reason people come here. I had the worst experience: the rudeness was alarming, and the supposed manager had no manners or management skills. Kitchen staff openly disrespected everyone.

My first stay at Dilic will definitely be my last. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and on the day I travelled back, no water came from the taps. I reported it to the front office, hoping they’d at least bring a bucket of water, but they ignored me. I had to leave without showering.

The location is great. The room fittings could be better arranged, especially where the sockets are.
