The staff were friendly, and for someone on a bit of a budget who only needs the basics, it’s a decent option. This is based only on my experience in a standard room, the lowest tier. For the price, I’d give it a solid 3 for the cost-to-service balance. That room had round-the-clock electricity and water, air conditioning that was okay for one person though not very cold, a smart TV, and WiFi that kept disconnecting. The kitchen had a good range of food and drinks, a little pricey but good. There’s also a pool, though it’s small and not much use to many people.

The AC wasn't working, so I ended up leaving in the middle of the night for another hotel. The problems started as soon as I entered the room: no kettle or hangers, and water on the bathroom floor. I hope they get things together.

About 80% of the staff seem untrained. They keep mixing up orders and make a stressful issue out of small, simple things.

The view from my window was striking, a mountain seemed to touch the clouds in the rain. My room was spacious and spotless, with nice décor and crisp sheets, and it was moderately priced. The staff were welcoming, professional, attentive, and went out of their way to keep me comfortable. The residential neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the property was gated and secure. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to others.

Bring your own towels, since there weren't any in the rooms. They did provide bath gel, a toothbrush and paste, plus body lotion, more than I’ve seen at many hotels. The rooms are very spacious, and it’s nice to relax by the pool in the evening. WiFi was good overall, though the signal wasn't great in some rooms.
