The apartment was nice and the room was good, but the service let it down. It’s a good choice for a quiet retreat. For a more relaxed stay, though, plan to bring or sort out your own food and drinks. Breakfast choices were just jollof rice or stir-fried noodles, and they even offered swallow. There was no juice, just the usual one sachet each of Milo, Nescafé and Peak Milk for tea and coffee. Pretty underwhelming. I’ve had better hotel stays at 40-50k a night. At 80k per night, not even being able to get an English breakfast? No way.

The breakfast idea is nice, but on my second stay it took a long time to arrive and tasted rushed, nowhere near as good as before. Even so, it was a lovely experience at Urbanedge Apartment, and I’d be happy to return. I stayed in the luxury and Diamond rooms, with Diamond my favorite so far. The attention to detail was top notch, and the place was clean, spacious, serene and homely enough to make you forget there’s a world outside. It’s a really cool apartment with the most courteous staff. I can’t wait to try the other rooms.

The lounge was really cool, and the pool was neat and well cared for. Housekeeping did a good job. The rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious.

I stayed in Opal and would definitely visit again and recommend the place. The food was excellent, and the hospitality was great. It’s a beautiful property.
