The room had the luxury lighting I like, and I appreciated the extra TV channels. The bed was good, breakfast service was very good, and the staff were great. But the pool was dirty, and the bathroom had no vent. There wasn't a socket by the bed, and the available outlets weren't universal, so I couldn't plug in my laptop.

A basic meal can take 3-5 hours to show up, and sometimes it doesn't arrive at all. Room service is among the worst I've experienced. You might have to eat out if you stay here.

I went for an award and a regional dealership meeting. The hotel feels classy, the staff are well trained, and the food was nice. I enjoyed the poolside, and at night there's plenty going on around the place, if you know what I mean.

In Wuse 2, it's easy to get to, with rooms that are very affordable. The meeting halls also work well for events and lectures.

The parking area is on the small side, and ordered meals take a while to be brought up to the room.
