If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Armed robbers came in, held several people at gunpoint, including children, and took their money and belongings. I can't believe it happened. The security was completely useless, or might even have been working with them. Please read the reviews and stay away if you value your life. Share this so the place can be shut down. I rest my case.

The staff and security are lovely, and it's a quiet hotel, which I appreciated. But I've stayed here twice and can't recommend it. The showers can have such low pressure that you have to shake the nozzle to get water out, some AC units blow hot air, and some TVs don't work, with only three channels available anyway. They also leave just one towel ready when you arrive, and asking for another makes you feel like you've done something wrong. You have to request toilet paper and soap, and the water needs to run strongly and consistently. These are all fixable, but management needs to improve its quality control. Sorry oo, do better.

The food is good and well priced. It’s a nice guest house with a relaxed, home away from home feel. Each trendy suite combines a living room and bedroom.

The staff were rude and there was no customer care at all. They couldn't even make breakfast. This is the worst apartment I've been to in a short while.

The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly nice. I did have to wait while they cleaned my room.
