The meals are good. Their Pounded yam was actually pounded, and the soups were awesome. The rooms are neat and classy, and a bit bigger than the Akure branch. But after two years, service here has gone downhill. Some days they switch off the generator during the day and bring fans to the rooms ๐. I thought it was a joke at first, but it turned out to be true.

Note, this is about their cheapest room, the 18k one. It's quite small, and the place feels a bit pricey. They also charge fines for bringing outside food to your room, which I find a bit ridiculous. For the few guests who aren't thieves, I'd suggest they don't hold up someone checking out just to inspect the room and make sure nothing was stolen. On the good side, water and electricity were constant, food prices were fair, the place was neat and modern looking, staff were polite, and breakfast was included.

I needed extra rooms at very short notice, and the staff were courteous and helpful. They also let my guests use the lounge for a private get-together at no extra cost. Kudos to them. I'd happily stay there again and heartily recommend it.

The chefs at Eleventh house really know their way around the menu. Their Amala/Semo with Egusi or vegetable soup is amazing and filling, and they make noodles and egg just how you ask. The food will thrill your taste buds and have you coming back for more. Kudos ๐๐๐

The setting is serene and well organized, and they have a sophisticated dish menu. I liked the chicken and chips ๐๐, but after I'd ordered and finished eating, I found the menu price had been changed, inflated. Luckily I had enough money on me to pay the difference.
