The standard rooms are affordable, but the AC, water heater, or sometimes both may not work. There are newer rooms with good facilities, though they have no windows.

There are plenty of room options across a large compound with several entrances. It has a pool, restaurant, and room service, with meals priced from N3,000-N6,000. The water runs well and is clean. Lower-standard rooms need plumbing maintenance, a properly working water heater, and showers. Room prices range from N15,000-N300,000. It's a nice place to spend a night if you're new to Ekiti, and I'd recommend it. They should improve room service and security, though. There is only one security check at the main gate, so guests and visitors need better checks when leaving.

My three nights at Prosperous Royal Hotel and Resort Centers were superb. The surroundings were clean and hygienic, power was available 24/7, and there was good security and good food. What surprised me is that the rooms are affordable and include free Wi-Fi. It's definitely a place to stay.

A really nice place, with good security coverage and CCTV at strategic points. It feels like a complete home away from home. The rooms have the necessary amenities, including water 24/7 and a color TV, plus a heater for hot water. There's bar after bar, and a DJ is always available.
