The water pressure was a real highlight. The place is small, but it has a purpose-built facility.

The bar and lounge gave me a nice spot to unwind. My room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, so relaxing was easy. The staff were courteous and respectful, and I had a good stay.

8/10
There are plenty of games to pass the time with friends, from chess and Scrabble to Jenga, cards, and bad choices. The rooftop lounge has a calm feel and works for hanging out alone or in a group. They have chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus cooked food made to order and other edibles. The place is right in the heart of Oba-Ile. The swimming pool might be finished in the coming months, which would make it another place to relax, either in the pool or beside it.

The location is very good, and the receptionist was responsive and helpful. But the AC leaked, the bedspread was torn, and there was no light in the bathroom.

The ambience is nice, though management needs to improve the service at the bar.
