Eleventh House Hotel and Suites

I got good value for the price, and the hotel was a relaxing place to unwind. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with comfortable, upscale touches. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive to my needs. The amenities and accommodations were top notch. I had a splendid stay at Eleventh House Hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable visit.

The food was tasty, though a little pricey, and parking space was limited. The hotel is in the upscale Alagbako area. I stayed there on July 8 during my first trip to Akure and had a good experience.

The room and location were the only good parts of my stay. Inside, it was noisy, though I know other guests were the cause and that may be hard to control. The AC only blew hot air, so even the room fan might have been better. The water heater was turned off while I was bathing. They said it was only switched on in the morning and at night. Room service was poor too: the person who brought food came in with an attitude and no smile. At check-in, the two front desk employees were rude and unprofessional. The gatemen were better than the people inside. Overall, my experience was poor.

I left an item in my room and assumed it was gone for good, but the hotel contacted me and returned it. They didn’t expect any reward for finding it. Kemi on the staff is a gem. The customer service was efficient, and the staff were courteous, polite, and well trained. The hotel was very clean, with everything neat and tidy. There’s a great choice of food on the menu, and prices are quite affordable. Rooms cost above average, but I think the excellent service makes that a small price to pay. 10/10, I highly recommend it.
