At Ijako Estate in Akure, the hotel and facilities are poorly maintained. The rooms have little or no lighting and smell odd. Management seems to have neglected the duvets on the beds, perhaps because they know the air conditioning doesn’t work or isn’t working properly. A lot needs to be done to bring the hotel up to standard.
It looks great from outside, and it’s in Ijapo estate, Akure. Inside, though, there are many problems. Management personnel keep changing, and the facilities aren’t maintained. It has the potential to be a 3 star hotel.
It could have been a very nice place, but the management is poor. The place isn’t maintained at all, and most of the amenities are outdated.
