The shower was divine and the beds were really comfortable. I was on the first floor and found that some AC units on the right side, including the one in room 120, weren't working. My friends on the left had no complaints. I raised it and they moved me to another room. Breakfast wasn't great either, with very few options. Still, it’s a beautiful hotel.

The staff were well mannered, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond when I needed something. The place is clean and in a good location, though the rooms feel stuffy and the bathrooms could use more upkeep. The AC and TV remotes also didn’t work properly. They aren’t very flexible about negotiating prices or offering discounts. Food is expensive, but worth it. Overall, a good place to stay.

The restaurant food was really good, and the lounge felt cozy. There’s plenty of parking, and the hotel sits in a quiet area that works well for a holiday or business trip. My room was standard, clean, and had what I needed to be comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. A really nice place to stay, and I’d recommend it.

A really nice hotel, though the staff need to be more professional.

The rooms need a better cooling system, but I had a very pleasant vacation. The location felt secure, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional too.
